Facts: Towels were rough, no scrub pad in kitchen, parking very difficult to back out. One small frying pan. Opinion, upstairs mattress very hard.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We’ve followed up regarding the towels and have arranged for a new set to be added to the cabin. We’ll also review the kitchen inventory, including the cookware and cleaning supplies, to ensure everything is properly stocked for future guests. While we understand mattress comfort is subjective, the upstairs mattress is brand new and was selected with a medium comfort level to accommodate a variety of preferences. Regarding parking, the home is located in a mountain setting, which can make maneuvering vehicles different from more urban properties.

Easy checkin and GREAT location. You are away from the hustle but so close and convenient to anything you want to do. Cozy cabin with the needed amenities and basically two living areas. Quiet, serene and awesome Mountain View. We highly recommend this cabin. Management company and owner were good to work with and quick to respond to guest requests.
