Kathy's communication was wonderful and her written driving directions were spot on. The welcome gift was a nice treat. We didn't get to use any of the amenities because we were there in the off season and were attending a family wedding so I can't comment on them. The views are spectacular! We would definitely rent her unit again.

Property was just as described in the listing - very clean, well laid out and with all supplies needed for one's stay. The community amenities are also very nice and enjoyable - especially the kayak and motorized boat rentals on the property. Communication with the owner was very good.

The property is in an ideal location with beautiful lake views and access to pools, restaurant, and boat rentals. Neighbors are really nice and friendly and had plenty of recommendations for places to go and things to do. Condo had plenty of space and was very comfortable for 4 adults.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay while in town for a wedding! The unit was very clean with check-in and check-out being very easy. The host, Kathy, provides clear instructions for the check-in/check-out. Kathy also provided us with a list of things to do while in town. This was our first time in the area and we greatly appreciated the information! The unit is beautifully decorated and feels like home away from home! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and we look forward to our next stay!

Very comfortable bedsPhotos do not show the size of the condo. Larger than expected. The building does not have an elevator so people who have trouble with stairs may have some difficulties. Very nice stay.

I'm sorry that you were disappointed about the lack of an elevator. I wish you had double-checked with me before you made your reservation, since an elevator was important to you! No where in my on-line description does it state that there are elevators...in fact, it states that there are NO elevators. I also have photos of the stairs leading to the condo. Using a quick google search: "There are no elevators in the condos at Bernard's Landing Resort in Moneta, Virginia." (there are 300 homes at Bernard's Landing)

We had a wonderful vacation here! Enjoyed boating, playing pickleball, and swimming at the beach, Kathy provided lots of helpful information prior to our stay and responded quickly to any questions that we had. Great place to stay!
