This home may be the experience where you don't leave at all during your stay but instead grab groceries on your way in and enjoy complete "down time" hanging out, grilling, taking in sunsets, and gathering for happy hour. This three-level Townhome has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The loft holds an entire family suite with a King bed, full-size bath, a crib and 2 twin beds. A Keurig coffee maker, a mini fridge for wine and beer, and a private rooftop deck complete it. Perfect for a separate family sleeping area. The sleeping areas on the main level include a queen room en suite and a second bedroom with two twin beds.

The lower-level den includes a bar and an extra full-size refrigerator for handy snacks while gaming or coming in from the dock. This level has a King Bedroom with a full bathroom. The decks wrap around the entire side of both levels—lots of comfortable seating.
