Welcome to Sea Breeze on Cape Cod located on Spooner Road in a private neighborhood just off Shurtleff Road! Walk out the door of this freshly furnished and decorated beach style 3 bedroom Cape to a beautiful private beach! 1/10th of a mile down a sandy lane to Sunsets, beach days, swimming at high tide, low tide walks, clamming, boating, fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking, can all be enjoyed from this fabulous beach, only used by our neighborhood. Nestled on a sunny private lot with a large screened porch for meals and morning coffee outside! There is a large spacious level yard great for games and BBQ's and hanging out relaxing or just enjoying the nights under the stars. Located between Campground and Thumpertown Beaches!
We just added all new furniture, decorations, kitchen items, linens and changed some windows ( kitchen, bathroom, bedroom) and added a double french door to the screened in porch from the house and added a bigger deck with a new outdoor shower! The house offers 3 bedrooms and one bath plus an outdoor shower for using after those long, fun days on the beach! There are 2 bedrooms downstairs; that will have one with a queen bed, one with 2 double beds and the upstairs loft style bedroom features 2 twin beds and a cozy camp style feel everyone loves! There is a an open cathedral wood ceiling and wood walls throughout the living, dining and kitchen area with a raised counter with stools to sit at and to look out and enjoy the wooded backyard from. The house will be fully stocked with everything you need for your summer getaway including bed linens, beach chairs, beach toys, and an option for bath and beach towel rentals. Wi-fi, cable and lots of books & games for those rainy days! We hope you love Sea Breeze as much as we do! So close to North Eastham center, Wiley Park, back roads to Wellfleet and Orleans, ponds, the bike path and so much more! It is a fabulous location and area! Please message me with any questions! It’s a great house, well-designed and very comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped which was helpful since we prepare most of our own meals. Screened porch is lovely, great for eating meals and relaxing. Perfect location, just a short walk (and a number of steps!) to The beaubay beach.

A wonderful week

We had a wonderful family week at Sea Breeze cottage! The house is a perfect cape cottage, simple but has just what you need! It did get quite hot during the day but since there are AC units in the bedrooms and ceiling fans we were quite comfortable for sleeping! My only suggestions would be a clothes line and hooks in the outdoor showers for towels and bathing suits! :) Sue was extremely responsive and we felt quite at home! We can’t wait to come back next summer!

Great cottage in Eastham!

My family and I recently stayed at this cottage in Eastham. The cottage itself is clean, well supplied and in a great location. The owners are in the process of renovating this recently acquired property. The changes they've made so far are fantastic including an awesome deck, French doors that open to a gorgeous screened in porch and an outdoor shower that will make you wonder where you can put one in your own yard at home. The owners are truly wonderful and responsive to work with and it was a pleasure renting from them. The cottage is located a short walk down a private road to the beach. Once you climb over the small dune, Cape Cod Bay is right in front of you. The owners stock the cottage with every beach amenity you could ever need. The cottage's beach is situated in a way that allows it to have a beach even during high tide--a definite plus! My sons enjoyed the beach, hanging out at the house (great wi-fi for anyone who has to work or can't live without Fortnite...) and it was an easy place for a mom to vacation. It does not have a dishwasher but a batch of paper plates still made this mom feel like she was on vacation. And the outdoor shower is so darn good, you will not give a hoot about the dishwasher. Go and enjoy!

Perfect Cape House!

Stayed here with my husband and two other couples for a wedding weekend. The house was perfect for the 6 of us! The location was amazing (short walk to the beach, short drive to area food and sights) with the house fully stocked and exactly as pictured/described. Hosts were super accommodating with check-in/check-out flexibility and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great summer vacation

We had a great time in North Eastham at Sue’s house! The location was awesome, super quiet path to the private beach. We brought a foldable wagon that was perfect for the couple minute walk transporting our beach gear and one year old! ACs in the bedrooms worked great to keep us cool at night. We loved the screened in porch and utilized the grill nightly. We had a great week and hope to return.

great little beach house

We enjoyed our stay. We love the bayside beach location. The best part of this house is the location (just a walk down the street to the beach) and the outdoor shower- its very large and new. It could use a couple hooks to hang towels out there. The inside is simple but nice. I recommend bringing a baby gate or two if you are traveling with very young children. Also note, there is no bathtub. I missed that when I was looking at the listing... The AC units helped with the heat some (it was VERY hot the week we went), but they could probably use an upgrade as they appeared kind of old. Other than that, they owners were super responsive. We really needed a functioning beach cart and the one at the house broke. They came right over and fixed it for us - same day! We really love Eastham and would love to come stay again.

Perfect beach stay!

This property was perfect for a beach vacation. Location is great close to everything. The house is nicely appointed with a great outdoor shower. Walking distance to the beach which we utilized daily. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book again!

Smartly designed house in a great location

Our family of 6, including two teens, thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sea Breeze. The house, which exudes homeyness, is extremely well-designed for a perfect week of beach-going, biking, shopping, etc. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch. The kitchen is reasonably well-equipped and served us well for the days & nights we cooked our own meals. The owner, Suzanne, was easy to deal with and extremely responsive. Note that the house has one bathroom. We partially compensated for this by making frequent use of the terrific outdoor shower. We hope to return!

Fantastic location and comfortable house

My friends and I LOVED staying at this house! The beds were comfortable and it was a cozy place to gather in the morning, but the best part was the proximity to the beach. We loved having morning and evening walks on the beach and that the house was stocked with towels and beach chairs, adding to our beach experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Look no further!

This is a beautiful cottage, in a quiet spot. The water is a short walk away. The location can't be beat, easy access to the water & short ride into town. The home has been carefully taken care of, well appointed & the outdoor shower is awesome! Everything you need for a weekend on the Cape! Very responsive, great experience. Perfect Fit

Updates to property were perfect. Very big private outdoor shower. Screened in porch was nice relaxing spot for after the beach. Beach toys, chairs and cart provided by owner were perfect for our family to shuttle back and forth to the beautiful beach. Short two minute walk to the beach. We will definitely stay again. My daughter loved the loft area.

My family and I live here in Eastham, I am a full time real estate agent and mom to Derek, 12 and Abigail, 10. We love the beach and thought this was a great way to spend time there by having a place to use for ourselves and share with our friends and family while also renting it, We have another rental home ( 106144) that we have been renting for almost 20 years so lots of experience making sure things are just right and managing our guests needs! We hope you love Sea Breeze as much as we do it is a charming and lovely spot with great privacy and a safe place for the kids and you to relax and run to the beach! Happy Summer or Fall or Spring! It is great in any season really!

We absolutely love this place! It has charm and privacy and the feel of yesteryear in an amazing location. You can stroll down the sandy lane to a beautiful beach and we wanted to share this experience with our kids as well! We live year round in Eastham and own another rental home on the oceanside but wanted something different and something we could use as a family to enjoy in between travelers and remember why we live here in this beautiful place! WE are in the process of making a few changes this year with more to come in the coming years so hope to find some lovely families that want to keep coming back to visit Sea Breeze! Come visit! xo
