Never rec'd details on how to access property (was supposed to receive 30 min before check'in). I called 15 min AFTER check'in time - had to call a 3rd party Landing office and their customer service was not friendly.Eventually we got in and while the rooms and bathrooms were clean, the kitchen area was not. Countertops were sticky, food splatter on the wall by trashcan and it smelled of smoke.I did report to host and host was responsive.
