After booking, the property management company will ask for your credit card outside of Vrbo, which I for one am uncomfortable with because I know all hosts are insured through Vrbo themselves. It came as a surprise after paying for insurance through Vrbo myself. The property was cute, and in a good location to get to down town gatlinburg and easily access the bypass to PF. it does get very dark at night and the porch light is dim so be extra careful of bears. The only complaint I have is out of their hands which would be the trash truck is extremely loud and woke me up at 3:40 in the morning on Saturday morning and Monday morning.
