Currently, the lobby is adorned with charming Christmas decorations. Ideal for family pictures and holiday memories. The condo also includes covered parking, making it easy to leave your car behind and stroll into downtown Gatlinburg without the stress of crowded parking.

The Baskins Creek Condominiums are ideally located only three blocks south of the Parkway in downtown Gatlinburg, with a stop for the trolley right out front. If you're exploring on foot, you'll find Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, the Hollywood Star Cars Museum, the Gatlinburg Space Needle, the Village Shoppes, the Gatlinburg Convention Center, and many other attractions within an easy stroll. The serene expanse of Great Smoky Mountains National Park begins one mile south, allowing you to hike the Appalachian Trail or glimpse wildlife in Cades Cove with ease. Pigeon Forge is eight miles north, and is home to Dollywood, WonderWorks, excellent shopping, and an assortment of wonderful dinner theaters. If you're planning a special event or celebration, the town's premier fine-dining establishment, the Greenbrier, is only two miles away.
