Awesome house and property! The only down fall is the trail to get to the dock is a little steep and the golf cart is a little shady making it up and down the trail. Other than that it was really great! With 30 people and coolers we walked it mostly and used golf cart to haul stuff to the boats.
The property was clean and accommodations were as listed. It’s on a section with two other homes sitting higher on the hillside with other homes down the hillside leading to the water. When they tell you that there is a golf cart for use to get to the lake/dock, they mean you take a golf cart with loose steering and iffy brakes down a huge incline and if you have more than 10 guests, you’ll take about 30 trips between coolers, life jackets, and people. We decided to use our vehicle and just drive to the marina to load onto a rental boat. Going back up the huge hill was an adventure as the cart nearly flipped backward several times (granted we had 4 adults on it, but still scary). So while the place was nice and had lots of things to do, the farce of using golf carts to transport 30 people back and forth on a huge hill was a detractor that would make me not rent this property again. I’d understand it, since the lake is obviously down hill, but the price I paid should have been for a much more convenient process of getting there. Lower the price to offset the difficulties.
