Katerina was amazing to book with! She was very accommodating to my family with 2 pets. The house was super clean and very cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The home had a nice outdoor space and pool area with great access to the Pinellas trail. We stayed for 26 days and were very comfortable. The owner was very responsive when anything came up. Great that our dog was able to join us! The only issue we had was that the Wi-Fi wasn’t consistent/strong enough for working from home.

So many Great house, cozy neighborhood, beds were comfy, TV in every bedroom and kitchen had everything we needed. Beach was a 10 minute drive and it was wonderful to be able to have our pup with us! Mini-golf, good restaurants by the beach and we rented bikes for a 10 mile ride.Only challenges, we wished the pool was heated as the weather was cold while we were there for new years (but we knew ahead of time). Couches were not comfortable very upright so we cozied up in the king bed to watch a movie and made the best of it.Kate was super responsive and kindly left us a bottle of Prosecco to ring in the New Year which was greatly appreciated!
