Eine FeWo mit Mäusen und gefälschten Werbefotos

Seit 30 Jahren fahren wir jährlich 4-5-mal nach Ausland, aber solche Zustände haben wir bis jetzt nirgendwo gesehen. Wir haben aufgrund der in der Werbung stehenden Fotos unsere Entscheidung für diese FeWo getroffen, weil wir den ungestörten Ausblick genießen wollten. Wir wollten Aufnahmen vom Meer und vom Sonnenuntergang machen – deshalb haben auch unsere Fotoausrüstung mitgebracht. An Ort und Stelle mussten wir zur Kenntnis nehmen, dass das Foto im Angebot eine dicke Lüge ist, die Stromkabel vor dem Haus wurden mit Photoshop entfernt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns absichtlich getäuscht. In der Wohnung haben wir weitere Überraschungen erleben müssen: - Die Schränke in der Küche und im Wohnraum waren voll mit den Sachen der Eigentümerin. - Auch das Gefrierfach war voll mit dem Tiefkühlgut der Eigentümerin - Im Kleiderschrank fremde Frauenklamotten, wir haben sehr wenig Platz gehabt unsere Sachen auszupacken - Die Küche war unglaublich dreckig, schmutzige Teller und Gläser - Die Mikrowelle war klebrig vom Dreck - Schmutzige, scheinbar seit Jahren nicht geputzte Fenster, sogar gebrochene Scheiben. - Der Garten unter dem Schlafzimmer, hinter dem Haus ist eine Müllhalde - Der untere Schrank in der Küche voll mit unheimlicher Menge von MäUSEKOT !!! Die eine Betthälfte im Schlafzimmer war kaputt, so musste einer von uns im Wohnzimmer schlafen, wo eine ausziehbare Couch stand. Als wir die Couch ausgezogen haben, hat uns ein besonders ekliges Bild empfangen: alles stinkt, überall MAUSEKOT, Mäusehaare und sogar ein Mäusenest unter der Matraze. Und das alles nach 900 km Fahrt, am Abend! Einige Sachen von uns haben die Mäusen beschädigt, wir mussten unsere Kleidungen im auf der Straße parkenden Auto lagern. Die Vorhangkarniesen waren nicht befestigt, so sind sie dauernd runtergefallen. Wir mussten Desinzifierungs-- und Putzmitteln kaufen, die ganze Wohnung in Ordnung bringen, so haben wir praktisch einen Urlaubstag vollkommen verloren. Mit Hilfe einer provisorischen Mäusefalle konnten wir endlich eine Maus fangen, aber sie hat die Wohnung sicher mit ihren Freunden und Freundinnen geteilt, weil wir am nächsten Tag wieder feststellen mussten, dass unser Essen trotzdem wieder gekostet wurde. Wir wissen gar nicht, wieviel Tiere noch in der Wohnung leben.. Alles zusammenfassend schlagen wir Ihnen vor, dieses Angebot aus Ihrem Programm zu nehmen, damit durch das Fotomaterial des Gastgebers nicht auch andere Reisende getäuscht werden können.

Dear Mihaly, We are sorry to hear you had such an uncomfortable stay at our place. Moreover, we are truly surprised by this review, since not once have you said anything about these problems, thus never gave us a chance to resolve the alleged. The property Ad is based on true facts and pictures, no Photo Shop has been used. If we had known you wanted to take professional photos of the view and surrounding area, we would have been more than happy to offer you entrance to the roof area, from where you can get a clear view of the sea and mountains. A few of my personal belongings (clothes) are kept in the apartment, but since now, none of the guests have complained about it, and no extra storage space has ever been asked for. Since you have been our first guests for this year, we have not known about the mice problem. If you have said so, we would have reacted immediately. This way, the problem has been solved after you left the apartment. The same thing is with a broken window and broken lather under the bed. This was spotted after you left the apartment, and of course, we fixed it right away. Again, if you had said something about it, we would have fixed it during your stay. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay at our apartment.
