Located in one of the most popular beach areas in Falmouth, our rental is on a cul-de-sac just one-tenth mile from Surf Drive Beach. The walk to the beach is flat, quick and very easy; esp for children. Less than one mile to Main Street with many shops and restaurants, close to Shining Sea Bike Path.
You'll appreciate the sun from the southeast exposure. It invites you to start your day with a cup of coffee on the deck or end your day relaxing with your favorite book. Use the lobster pot, get your favorite drink, put your feet it's your vacation.
Each unit in our side by side duplex has 2 bedrooms with A/C, full bath, living room and eat in kitchen; all on first floor so no stairs to climb! The living room has plenty of room to sit and watch tv. You have your own private entrance off the deck on the back of the house. Rent both sides (for a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 baths) if you need more room or want to go on vacation with another family.
For your privacy, the units are separated by an inside foyer and each unit has it's own steel entry doors.
The pictures are a combination of each unit. Rate is for one unit only. If you are interested in renting the other unit let us know, it is also listed on this site. We've been listing our duplex since 2004 under one listing and we have now listed each unit separately, this is the new 2nd listing.
