The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please clear sinks of dishes, load and run dishwasher.
Throw away any perishable food items from the kitchen and refrigerator
Compact and place all regular trash in the bear box outside
Place recyclable in blue trash cart and pull it outside when you leave (3 ft from anything). NO FOOD RESIDUE
Make sure the jacuzzi is fully closed (no strap leaving a space) and the mini gym put away
Turn off all lights
Fold umbrellas on deck
Check that all doors and windows are locked.
Once outside, pull firmly the door towards you and punch “lock” on the keypad. Make sure the door is locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Originally French we raised our family in San Diego and choose Zephir Cove in 2020 for our family home. We fully remodeled the house for our family. We are happy to share it and hope you will create as happy memories as we have.
