I love this neighborhood for its central location and proximity to downtown/Mayo Clinic, the safe suburban feel with maintained sidewalks to walk your dog, and super quick access to the Target Shopping Center down the street.

This property is 2 bed + an office- so there's tons of space and with there being a downstairs, there's room for privacy and space when needed!
