The property is amazingly located and it’s everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The third room being downstairs is a positive if you want privacy for some of your party. The house has everything you need and more, and the host is extremely responsive.

The house was perfectly situated nearly directly across from Beach Access #7. The upstairs has been smartly updated and tastefully decorated. Everything is in excellent/new condition. The downstairs bedroom (separate from the main upstairs) is perfect for older kids that may enjoy having their 'own space' or even another family.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The property location is incredible!! You can be at the beach in under 30 seconds. Description is spot on, everything was very clean, kitchen well stocked. Quality beach chairs. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This property and the host Melanie were fantastic. I was able to communicate directly with her on things we needed and how to check in/check out. The house was super tidy and had plenty of supplies for the beach as well as the grill and kitchen, which we loved. I would certainly recommend this property!

The property manager was very communicative and responded immediately when we had a little hiccup with the door code. The location can't be beat - right across from the beach access. We did not have as large of a party as the house would accommodate, so we found it very comfortable to hang out in the evenings. A larger group would be lacking for comfortable seating to watch TV, etc as there is just one couch and one loveseat in the living room. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. I'd stay there again!

Great location directly across from the beach access point. The owner was very responsive to questions. For families with young children, be aware that the third bedroom is downstairs and cannot be reached through the living area upstairs. You will need to leave the living area upstairs, walk down the steps, and enter through a separate entrance downstairs. For two couples or if you are traveling with older teenagers, it should be ideal. If you are expecting young children to stay downstairs, you may want to reconsider staying here or moving the young children upstairs.

Die Unterkunft von Melanie war wie beschrieben: sehr sauber, strandnah, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten und sehr gemütlich.Due Kommunikation war warmherzig und freundlich. Melanie war zuvorkommend und sehr großzügig.Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.:-)
