Well equipped for a comfortable stay, with a fully outfitted kitchen, a primary suite featuring a king bed and private full bath, two secondary bedrooms feature a queen bed, and full bed, plus a comfy living room with a sofa bed.
All the modern comforts of home are included: bedding, towels, dishes and real cookware!
Relax and play games or watch movies together on the big screen smart TV the living room. Every bedroom has a TV for your streaming service, supplied with fast wireless internet service. Family and friends will enjoy gathering together on the private back deck to grill and relax.
Kitchen:
Settings for 8 people, pots and pans, Keurig coffee maker & starter pack of coffee pods, baking sheets, toaster, a new knife set with sharp edges. Cleaning supplies and dishwasher soap included.
The sturdy table comfortably seats six, plus two barstools.
Bedrooms:
All beds- sheets, pillows, blankets provided.
One dresser per room. Smart TV. Ceiling fans. Luggage stand is available.
Bathrooms:
Bath towels, washcloths, hair dryer, makeup towels provided. Ironing board and Iron available.
Living Room: WiFi smart TV, board games for the family.
Back porch and fenced back yard:
Gas grill, BBQ tools and propane, Adirondack chairs (no patio table at this time)
The backyard fire pit is available to use by responsible guests. Firewood is not included.
Parking: Four cars can easily park in the driveway. Additional parking is available across the street next to the Park.

Enjoy the famous Swift Cantrell skate park, with walking trails, open fields to play, work out stations and dog park nearby. Why they chose this property

Hines in downtown Kennesaw don’t often come available. I bought this home because my daughter would attend Kennesaw State University- I wanted her close, but on her own. It worked beautifully. Now that her college years are complete, I’m not ready to let it go! I made some updates so my guests would be comfortable, like staying with friends. Only more private, with out any obligations ;-)

What makes this property unique

The location is SO amazing- walking to the park or the brewery or pizza, restaurants, and now the amphitheater is fantastic. Just a few minutes to the KSU campus, is convenient. The most convenience comes from access to I75 and Atlanta. I can be downtown in 30 minutes or the airport in 45. You can’t beat that in the metro ATl!
