Just steps to Boardwalk and sand, this memorable house is the perfect home base for your trip to Point Pleasant Beach. Guests will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering plenty of space to relax, central air and a deck with a view of the ocean. Completely updated kitchen features a giant island for cooking and eating. Each bedroom has a closet with full bathrooms on both floors.. The upstairs loft/living room features a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for extra guests or a quiet movie night. Up to 6 adults and sofabed for 2 more kids if needed. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or exploring the sun, sand, arcades and rides easy walking distance away, you will feel right at home. Off street parking for 2 cars and 6 beach badges for Jenkinsons Beach are provided. You'll have a wonderful time!

Unbelievably close to activities and beach on a quiet private street. This house had everything we needed and was super comfortable. Parking just outside the front door was very convenient. We can't wait to come again this summer!

Great home for a winter getaway!  Nicely decorated throughout with new appliances, long, comfortable kitchen island that seats 8, and modern bathrooms.  Easy and very short ramp to the boardwalk and beach.  We even saw a gorgeous sunrise from the house. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Will be our first choice property to book on our return visit... in all seasons!

Point Pleasant Beach is a family friendly town with fantastic beaches, family-friendly nightlife, entertainment, and tons to do in the summer and the off season too. Hang out on your deck looking at the Ocean, build sandcastles on the sand, fish at the channel, walk to Boardwalk amusements with delicious fries, ice cream rides and shops or to downtown Point Pleasant Beach. You can drive down or simply hop on the train from NYC.

What makes this property unique

Just steps to private access entrance to the boardwalk. Just a few more feet down the boardwalk to the sand, waves and fun.
