Seaside Stay: Waterfront with Views & Beach Access

Summary:
Seaside Stay is a 1 bedroom studio that sleeps up to 2 people and has a sofa bed, a full kitchen, and a full bathroom. Perfect little getaway! The beach is right there and kayaks are available so walk over!

The Space:
This home has water views, access to the beach, and a small porch area with a BBQ grill!

It also comes with WIFI, cable TV, games, books, towels, and linen. Everything for you! Just bring your food or you can go to a 5-star restaurant called Laplace directly across the street from you also has a pizza, deli, and liquor store and they all deliver.

It's perfectly located close to the vineyards. We have a service for vineyard tours with casual seating inside and outside for 10. There is also a spa close by and you could walk to a few restaurants, and coffee shops, as well as to Tanger Outlet Mall, Atlantis Marine World, and Long Island Skydive. It's only 1.5 hours away from NYC and 15 minutes from ISP airport. It's an overall wonderful beach getaway.

On the same strip of beach, we have about twelve other beach houses that we rent as well so if you are coming in with family for a wedding, etc., and are looking for multiple places, this is the place to look.

Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities
Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.

If you are looking for multiple homes that are close by for additional family and/or friends please inquire! We have many other beach homes within close proximity.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.
- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
- For stays longer than 29 days, a refundable deposit is required. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

Other Things to Note:
Cancellation Policy
- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
- Please note: This cancellation policy is not applicable for HVMB guests.

Guest Insurance
Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. We understand that things happen by mistake or accident from time to time, we ask that you let us know when it happens. You’re covered with us - we’re invested in you having a worry-free stay!
