This is a beautiful 2017 renovated Victorian, modern chic inside.

The house is a duplex.
My husband and I live on the 2F. If you stay in this house, you will stay in a separate unit on the 1F.

We have a keyless entry and security service by ADT. They make you easy, comfortable and safe.

1st room - 1 queen bed
2nd room - 1 queen, 1 sleeper bed
Sliding door room - single bed, trundle bed

Transportation - We have suttle to MacArthur Bart station and bus stop right across street take you to West Oakland Bart and will get you in the San Francisco downtown in 7 min

Many bus lines, and freeway entrance to SF (15 min by car)

Our place is close to Downtown Uptown Oakland, Emeryville, Berkeley, Jack London Square and Lake merritt, as well as the Bay Bridge.

Walk to Emeryville shopping (Nordstrom Rack, Target, Home Depot, Safeway, Best buy, etc...) 10 min walk.

Good place to stay near Berkeley

The house is very clean with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Nice master bedroom and comfy beds. Communicative host who was very helpful when my daughter left her wallet in the bedside table and we had to coordinate return. Good location 10 minute drive to Berkeley and close to downtown San Francisco. The neighborhood is a little rough around the edges (there were cars parked out front of the house the first night with engines running into the wee hours, with other cars coming and going - it didn't exactly feel 100% safe). Other nights were quieter. Take note that the kitchen is small and narrow, only comfortably accommodating a couple people at a time. And the house does not have central heat, only space heaters. We happened to visit during a cold snap in December so were a bit chilly, but I imagine most times of year it's not a problem.

We were in town to move our daughter into college. We all felt great walking in...very welcoming...very nice decor. I may use their ideas for my own home:). So lucky to have this found this place!

Perfect

Had a great time here, perfect place to stay, very clean and organized. The check in process was really easy and communication with property manager made it even easier, responds quickly and are cool people. Really tough to find parking but it is manageable. Overall, I loved it. 10/10 recommend.
