Quaint location.

The Garden District is a gem, this is a perfect spot close to everything downtown NOLA! The best part of the the stay....the management. We were accommodated in every way and request. Thank you. I will book here again. The rest y'all should too, when I'm not here of course 😊.

Excellent location

We loved our stay at the condo. Magazine street is full of great shops, restaurants and bars. If you like to walk everything is easily navigable to get to from this location. Uber/Lyft rides super reasonable as well! We would definitely stay here again. Karl was responsive and a wonderful host!

Humble accomodation, good location, attentive proprietor

An intriguing flat composed of two former boardinghouse rooms in a separate building in the backyard (now a patio). An easy 20 minute walk to the French Quarter and central business district, and a similar distance in the opposite direction to the extra bougie part of Magazine Street. But lots of interesting stuff in between as well. (Don't miss the tea shop across the street from this property where the graying hippie behind the counter never fails to mention, with a wink, that "the best stuff is not on the menu.") The property itself is humble, but it is clean and safe. One bedroom with a double bed, a full kitchen, and a full bath with washer and dryer. No central heating or air, which would be a challenge in either extreme heat or cold. The proprietor was attentive and helpful before and throughout our stay. Will definitely consider returning here next time I am in NOLA.
