The check in instructions were confusing and almost indecipherable. There were 8 different log in codes (with different dates for use) and a 14 digit log in code for door. There needs to be clear instructions: CURRENT GATE CODE; DOOR CODE; INSTRUCTIONS FOR KEY PAD. The house also had no condiments (salt crystals was all), tiny bit of stale open coffee. There was NO body soap anywhere in house (just conditioner and shampoo.) The house has a gorgeous location and the view is breathtaking. The house seems unloved with lots of things not fixed like dishwasher (bottom shelf doesn’t work), cupboard doors that don’t close. Would be 5 star rating with a little fix up and additional guest amenities.

I could have stared out the window all day. The view was excellent! The house was comfortable and in a great location for rest and relaxation.

Love the view and the house was perfect for what we were looking for. Neskowin beach is one of ore favorite places and it's great to be able to sit in the hot tub and look over it.

My husband and I arrived on a Thursday, 20 minutes early. There was a person at the home, we assumed someone was cleaning. At 4pm we entered the home and it smelled like cigarettes. We don't smoke but the smell left once we opened everything up. The beds, baths and kitchen seemed clean on the surface, but this home needs a DEEP clean and some maintenance. This home is dog friendly for a reason.

We liked everything about the property. The view was exceptional. Our concerns were about the awful washcloths (grey and dinghy) the towels were thin and too few. Last, the house grew cold at night and there was only one extra comforter and it had the stuffing coming out.

Best view at any place I've ever stayed!!!!

This is a lovely well-maintained home with everything you need to enjoy time at the Oregon coast. Plus the view from the hot tub really can't be beat! Great place to come with multiple generations because downstairs is really a little suite of its own with a kitchenette.
