Cozy Cottage

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home which was tucked in a quiet and relaxing location. The home was equipped with all the needed essentials, thank you for that. If we were to vacation again in Barnstable, this is the cottage I would rent again.

Wonderful stay

Location is great. Near stores and a lot of good restaurants. Definitely check out mayflour bakery. A little over mile walk to a beach and to the whale watcher, which was a great experience and strongly recommend. The house was nice and comfortable for our stay with the needed essentials. Nice book collection as well to sit back and relax with.

Wonderful week!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property had everything that we needed. Amanda, the property manager was easy to reach and very helpful with all of our questions. We will definitely consider staying again should our travels bring us back to the Cape. The location couldn't have been better! In a quiet neighborhood, but so close to everything - beach, restaurants, and shopping. Thank you for a great week! Becca & Charlie

Cute Cape Cod cottage

The location of the property is great. The house is small but has most of the things you would Need for vacation rental except washer and dryer. It was a bit of a hassle to dry our swimwear and beach towels because the air is so humid and nothing was really drying outside. There’s a really nice lake and ocean beach nearby which we enjoyed greatly.

Cute place for our little family

We loved the location of this cute little cottage. Had all the needed basics. We would have preferred a king or queen bed in one of the bedrooms but all in all it was a lovely visit.

We could walk to the quaint village of Barnstable and Milway Beach. Such a convenient location. A very quiet street. Our teenage children and dog loved the place too!
