Waterfront 3 BDRM/2 BA condo with boathouse

Waterfront condo with newly finished boathouse, new furnishings and new smart TVs!

This condo is located within walking distance to A-Bay and offers easy and direct access to the beautiful St. Lawrence River. The first level of the living quarters has a fully functional kitchen with a breakfast bar, a master bedroom, bathroom and living room with sliding doors to a balcony overlooking Carnegie Bay. A gas grill is provided and is kept on the balcony. Upstairs is a loft-style bedroom, a third bedroom and bathroom. Feel like you’re at home with fresh bed and bath linens provided. The abundance of windows allows for plenty of natural light to enjoy before and after embarking on a day of fun-filled activities around the area. The boathouse has a newly finished dock with ample space to accommodate up to a 30 foot boat or any other water toys you enjoy (ie kayaks, jet-skis etc). Carnegie Bay is a protected bay in close proximity to downtown Alexandria Bay where you can hop aboard a tour boat to visit the historic Boldt Castle or Singer Castle – or rent a boat to visit them on your own! Raining outside? Smart TV’s, wifi and a DVD player provided. Extra smaller guests? Two convertible bean bags provide extra seating or twin beds.

Enjoy fishing, swimming, boating, sightseeing, festivals? This area has something for you. With 1,864 islands of the St. Lawrence, there is something for everyone.

Very nice accommodations exactly as advertised. Host was wonderful and communicated regularly to make sure everything was to satisfaction. Would highly recommend this location for a couples and a family. The boathouse is an excellent addition if you have a boat but even without a boat it’s a great spot to explore the thousand Islands

We really loved the condo. My wife and I used the loft bed as we liked the morning light coming in from the cupola. So nice to have a boat house underneath. Very easy access and fit the rented pontoon boat great.

Perfect Ladies Weekend Away

Long Weekend with Teens!

We absolutely love spending time in the Thousand Islands! This condo is perfect for our needs. It’s so convenient to be able to park the pontoon boat downstairs in the secure boathouse. Well-equipped, comfortable, convenient boat ride or walk to downtown, laid-back, and fun- what else could you ask for? We will definitely be booking again! One of the kids left their pillow behind and Renee shipped it for us free of charge! We loved the house and the hospitality!

voici les points positifs positifs: -très bien situé tout prêt de toutes les attractions des milles iles en bateau. -boat house magnifique -très beau bâtiment -très bonnes communication avec la propriétaire -très près du centre ville d'alexandria bay points negatifs: -beaucoup de fils d'araignée au différent plafond -les grilles du système de ventilation des ventilateurs et du ventilateur de toilette sont a nettoyé -les vitres de la seul vue sur l'eau sont a changé -capacité de 6 personnes mais on peut manger seulement 4 a la fois. -nous avons été surpris d'apprendre sur les lieux par la présidente des condos car nous avions eu aucune information au préalable qu'il y avait des frais pour mettre le bateau a l'eau et des frais pour entreposer notre remorque lors du séjour. je vais a tous les an dans les milles iles et c'est la première place que je vais et qu'il y a des frais. La seul réponse que nous avons eu de la présidente est que si nous étions pas content on avais juste a s'en aller. nous avons été très dessus de cette réponse car nous avions rester polie et courtois. quand vous louer un boat house vous arrivez surement avec un bateau. vous devriez avoir toutes les informations pertinentes au bateau. -Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour les points négatifs sont mineurs et facile a corriger. il y a juste la présidente de condo qui a manqué de courtoisie et de politesse. cordialement sylvain johnson

Great Stay at A-Bay

Had a great time at A-Bay. House was great, clean, well stocked, and the hosts communication was great. The boathouse was key for us as I have been boating on the river for over 20 years I love getting up there parking the car and not seeing it again until we have to leave. The marina is super convenient for launching a boat and storing a trailer, with secure gates and 24/7 access. We had friends rent another unit in the building at the same time which was great for everyone to have their own space and at the same time be so close to each other. Beds were comfortable and the linens were great. So much so that my daughter wanted me to go out and buy her the same linens that where used there. In the unit laundry was super convenient to dry towels and wash swim suits that were used everyday. While we aren't coffee drinkers there are 2 coffee makers there for your options of a pot or a pod. Fridge and freeze were clean and spacious. Again had a great time and will definitely be back.
