What some of our guests dont like about our space:
- The pool, gym, pool table, hot tub, and some other amenities/areas are shared throughout all of the condos in the complex.
- Check-in time is not super flexible as we have to let you into the complex for the first time. After that, you will have key fobs to get in and out as needed.

Our house comfortably sleeps 3 with 1 King bed in the Master, and a fold out/futon couch in the living room. You could possibly fit 2 people on the futon, but it is not very big. The home occupancy permits 4 overnight guests. House is professionally cleaned between every stay.

Complimentary WiFi, live TV and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

You will have access to the entire complex during your stay. The larger amenities like Pool, hot tub, pool table and gym are all shared, but you are welcome to use as you wish.

We are available to you anytime you need assistance via the Airbnb app. We try to make your stay as simple as possible so that you don't need our help too often, but feel free to reach out anytime.

There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

*Cancellations* Please keep in mind that we do stick to the cancellation policy on our listing and we do not make exceptions. This includes for family emergencies, contract changes, travel delays etc (anything that is out of our control as the host). We strongly recommend getting travel insurance if you have concerns with this, as it is not expensive and provides you peace of mind.
