Great place for a weekend getaway. We stayed with a group of four for a golf trip and had a blast exploring the surrounding areas and visiting the Black Hawk casinos, which was only a 8 minute drive. The place was very clean, had all the amenities we needed, and was the perfect size for our group. The kitchen was fully stocked, though I’d recommend bringing your own coffee and pods. Having the hot tub was a huge bonus. The views of the mountains were amazing. The host had great communication throughout our stay. Zero complaints — we would definitely stay here again.

The house is beautiful. The views are amazing. The kitchen was well-stocked and beautiful. The small issue was the challenge of getting enough hot water and pressure to use the wonderful-looking master shower. But mountain water pressure is often an issue. Overall a wonderful house for a weekend away.

Why they chose this property

Despite spending a lot of time in Denver and some of the bigger ski resorts, we’d never heard of Black Hawk before our realtor sent us a listing. After spending some time here, we really enjoyed how it is set apart and not busy like those aforementioned ski resorts.
