LOCATION:
Situated on a quiet corner boarding Seaside Heights & Seaside Park, Clocktower Condominiums offers it all. Our building is 2 blocks from the beach allowing you to relax and enjoy the warm summer sun. Each unit is provided beach chairs and passes to grant you access to the beach. Along the beach, is the infamous boardwalk with plenty of games, rides, mini golf, go-carts, water park other activities for both kids and adults to enjoy anytime of the day or night. Clocktower Condominiums is also surrounded by a variety of great restaurants, most within walking distance. For those that enjoy the nightlife we have the Ocean View Restaurant at the end of the block that has live music Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights as well as line dancing and comedians on select dates.

THE BUILDING:
Our building caters exclusively to families and adult groups – no prom groups are permitted. We pride ourselves in keeping each unit and common areas in pristine condition for our guests to enjoy. The building is fully secure with underground, gated parking and commercial elevator with access to each floor. Each unit is provided 2 spaces in the garage. Our rooftop offers a perfect place to enjoy the sun & take a dip in our salt water pool. We also have a common space where you can play ping pong or enjoy a beautiful view of the sunset while playing one of our many board games, provided.

THE UNIT:
This unit is fully furnished with granite/marble kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, HVAC, and a terrace off the living room. The Master Bedroom has two Queen Beds & a private, full bathroom. The Second Bedroom has two Queen Beds. The unit has its own washer & dryer. We provide Cable TVs in the Living Room and master bedroom along with a Keurig coffee machine.

Great Stay!

we had a lovely time stay in our unit. As shown in the pictures, the place was clean short distance to the beach short distance to the boardwalk and short distance to the bridge to hop into Tom’s River. We were able to walk to all restaurants and the owner let us know some of the good ones to try! The pool was such a wonderful added bonus after walking back on hot days at the ocean. I think my favorite night was watching the fireworks from the roof! If I ever return to Seaside, I will be booking here again for sure.

This place was beautiful and the owners could not have been nicer. I cannot wait to book again. The location was quiet but close to the boardwalk n beach! The owners were so great from check in to checkout. Book this one you will not be disappointed!

Great condo in Seaside

Staying here was better than expected. Everything was wonderful including the host! She was very welcoming and had everything we needed already in the apartment You won’t be disappointed if you stay here! Would definitely come back again!

Beautiful rental

Kristen and her family were all so welcoming. They made us feel like family. The rental is beautiful and clean just as described. The pool is a great addition especially for children. We all enjoyed our stay and will definitely we back.

We had a great mini vacation and loved the condo

The condos were even nicer than the pics. Extremely clean and well appointed. Loved the pool and balcony. Owners were super nice. We brought a ton of stuff and there’s a huge elevator and wagons to bring stuff upstairs. Really 5 stars!

Such an AMAZING stay!

My family and I had a great Memorial weekend at the Clocktower Condominiums. The condo was cozy, extremely clean and within walking distance to the boardwalk, local bars and restaurants. The owner was very attentive and made us feel like family. The rooftop pool and game room was phenomenal. Great host very clean

Nothing bad to say about the unit it's all positive. the one thing that would make this a perfect getaway would be being directly on the beach but walking the two blocks or so was not a big deal. The dunk pool was great and the hosts were very accommodating.

Outstanding experience and one of our best vacations ever!!

The property is amazingly clean, super functionable and easy to navigate, and in the perfect location to the beach and the boardwalk. The outside salt pool, game room, indoor garage put the trip over the top! However, nothing was as great as meeting and getting to know Kristin and her family. She is a wealth of knowledge and gave great suggestions on food, shopping, and event/activities that are going on. We are already trying to figure out when we can stay there again!!

Modern updated Seaside living in great location!

Kristen’s place was great for our group and ideal location for beach l, Boardwalk, and resort style relaxation. Great communication and help during our stay for anything. Linens, towels, beach passes, chairs, full kitchenware, and toiletries provided. Just bring your suitcases and enjoy. Walking distance to boardwalk and beach. Plenty of restaurants Togo for food or outdoor dining nearby. Thanks again, look forward to our stay again!

Our father/grandfather built this beautiful building in 2008 . It's location was chosen as it is convenient to all in Seaside, yet not right on top of the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. This makes it a uniquely quiet and private oasis. It was built to the highest standard and remains the finest beach property in Seaside and its surrounding beach communities.

Why they chose this property

For the discerning ones...........there simply is no finer. We are family run and pride ourselves in keeping the building quiet and clean. We rent to family groups and mature adults couples only. We do not rent to groups of young adults. Not sure yet.....read the reviews.
