Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place, very close to downtown, UT, stadium, Walmart, restaurants, 1 hour from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, 1 minute from highway 275 which connects to the most important highways in 2 minutes.
The house has 3 bedrooms; one is closed off and is the one I use when the house is not rented, this third bedroom will never be used by me during your stay to ensure your complete privacy. The listing includes a master bedroom with a spacious bathroom featuring a rain shower with head and back massage jets, a second bedroom with direct access to a full guest bathroom and a back door that connects to the porch and the fairly large backyard, a modern open-plan kitchen, living and dinning area, and a laundry for extended stays. The front of the house also has a small garden with 2 chairs to enjoy the view. The house is very comfortable and you are invited to enjoy it during your stay in Knoxville.

Great place, great people, and gracious hosts. Would be glad to return to Knoxville and stay in Patricia's house with my family (including a 2-yr & 5-yr old). Safe property, decent location to activities, and comfortable/clean bedding (along with everything else). I would have requested a bigger trash can and more towels had I thought ahead, but again, no problems at all. Host was very nice and happy to help clean.

This property was very nice and clean, clearly remodeled! We enjoyed being close to UT campus as we were visiting our son. We did have a small issue with door code not being changed in between our stay and the previous tenant. The owner did rectify the situation.

Perfect property for University of Tennessee orientation with my daughter. It was close to campus and easy to get to. House was immaculate, kitchen and bathroom looked to be recently remodeled. I had a few questions for the host when I arrived and she was quick to respond. Coming back again in August for move-in day!
