Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom, 2-bath Englewood house. The space offers a blend of comfort and convenience, featuring two bathrooms and two living areas. Guests enjoy a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the greater Denver area. With heating and AC, the temperature stays just right no matter the season. The backyard offers a quite space to enjoy the sunny Denver weather. Whether you’re curling up with a book or catching up with friends, this awesome retreat provides a welcoming vibe throughout and you’ll be able to unwind at our place.

This home is conveniently located home near the border of Denver and Englewood in a quite neighborhood with easy access to Bates Logan Park in Englewood, Harvard Gulch Park in Denver, Denver University, Craig Hospital, Swedish Hospital, Gothic Theater for shows, Denver Beer Co, for the patio, and other nearby shops and restaurants.

This has three bedrooms (one king and one queen on the main floor and one queen in the downstairs bedroom) and two full bathrooms. Comfortable basement with high ceilings and windows. There is a back patio with a large backyard. Please note that the walk in shower with the bench and additional shower wand is in the basement.

We have a Peloton exercise bike available for use in the basement living room.

We have a pack and play available for use by our younger guests!

What an absolutely perfect spot to recover from surgery at! Continently located in a quiet neighborhood close to the hospital, and close to multiple stores and some of our favorite restaurants. I travel with a service dog and he could not have been more pleased with the beautiful backyard, furniture out back was wonderful and comfy so we were able to spent a lot of time just enjoying the scents and landscape. Our host was kind enough to allow a little extra time for us to checkout, which was very helpful.We will definitely stay again when we’re back in the area!
