The place was very stylish and comfy, just as pictured. The host, Jimmy, was eager to please and very easy to work with. It is about 5 miles from downtown, My consistent experience was that it was about a 10-15 minute Uber ride (depending on traffic/time of day/event). The area was very quiet, the perfect getaway after a long day on bustling Broadway! I will be back and would highly recommend!
Great stay, exactly as listed. Located about 6-8 minute drive away from Broadway/downtown. Parking is available and there are plenty of spots. The condo was clean and it was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Looks this great in person! Clean, convenient, and comfortable. Lots of outlets. Large bathroom. Quiet, unconventional neighborhood. Very happy with the accomodations.
This spot was AWESOME. It was super clean and well-stocked with all of the essentials. I loved the smart TVs and the full size washer/dryer. It is also super convenient to downtown. If we ever come back to Nashville, we will definitely stay here again.
Super nice and cozy place to stay. Had everything thing I needed for a few nights stay. Good location to commute to downtown. Host was very nice and responsive.
Me and my boyfriend enjoyed staying in this cute condo. Love the Johnny Cash theme. The host was friendly and very quick to respond to inquiries about check-in. Next time I visit Nashville this will be on my list of places to stay.
Overall, we loved our stay here. The Johnny Cash theme was cool. The place was really clean and doing laundry was easy and convenient. We weren't far from all of the attractions Nashville has to offer. My only two concerns were one, when checking in, the room number wasn't specified. The address was clear and easy to find, but the actual apartment number wasn't on the listing or check in instructions, but the host was more than helpful when I reached out to him. The second thing is the bedroom tv didn't work. Couldn't get any streaming apps. It appeared to not be a smart tv. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it as an affordable stay near Nashville.

The unit itself is solid, clean, comfortable bed, fully stocked, and having a washer/dryer was a big plus. It was also only about 8 minutes from where I needed to be every day, which was convenient. That’s about where the positives end.The biggest issue is the area. Getting there takes you through some pretty rough surroundings, and it doesn’t give a great first impression. It gets to the point where you don’t really want to stop anywhere nearby, especially at night. Hearing gunshots a couple nights after dark made that feeling worse. That was not something hinted at in the listing and it absolutely should have been.Mid-week they shut down the parking lot to paint it. There was a flyer on the door the day before, but no real alternative plan. I ended up having to park in a less ideal spot, which defeats the purpose of paying for a place with parking.Wi-Fi went out one night, and with Verizon there is basically no cell service inside the unit. So when the internet drops, you’re completely cut off, no calls or texts unless you go outside. That’s a pretty major issue, especially if you’re there for work. The walls are thin enough that you can hear the neighbor’s TV and coughing at night. The couch was also broken in the back with boards coming loose. On top of that, the thermostat is locked at 67, which gets cold fast with no way to adjust it.Overall, the unit itself is nice, but between the area and multiple inconveniences 3
Johnny Cash condo was perfect for our stay. Very clean and cute decor. Location to downtown was just a quick Uber ride away. Our only hiccup was not having the condo number at check in. Luckily the host responded and we were able to get in after a short time.
