Oceanfront on the edge of a sought after, popular local neighborhood Shadowlawn (see map). Across the street from Big Sams and Virginia Beach Fishing Center & Charters, less than 50 yards from docks, fishing, boats & jet skis. Beach is about a 3 min walk (see map) and the house includes; beach chairs, boogie boards and 2 beach cruiser bikes. House is setup for 2-3 families (One King, Two Queen, Bunk w/ 1 Twin and 1 Full Bed). Suitable for 4 Adults and 5 Children or 6 Adults and 3 Children.

If, after having read the description of the house and looking at the pictures you wish to rent, please contact us first. We cannot approve any rentals until we have had a chance to speak with you. Minimum age to rent is 25. Parents may not rent for their children unless they occupy the unit and remain there for the duration of the rental. Linens are included. No smoking.

FAMILY GROUPS ONLY AND MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Tenancy is reserved for family groups only, as authorized by Agent's contracts with the property Owners. No high school, college, civic, or other non-family groups are allowed to lease property without prior approval. Identification must be furnished upon request. The occupancy limit, as stated in Agent's advertising, cannot be exceeded. Occupancy count includes children. Violation of the above is grounds for immediate eviction with forfeiture of all rent and damage deposit paid. Certain gatherings may require Special Event Insurance; please contact Agent's Reservations Department for details.
