Excellent rental. 1/2 block from beach and the boardwalk. It was clean and comfortable. Check in is easy but you do have to go to another spot to get the key. You get one parking pass for the street. Overall perfect.

Great place for my family vacation!

Very happy with the Summer Breeze Suite at the Seaside Heights location. Had enough room for my 3 daughters and myself to feel comfortable. Would definitely book again!

Greet location and clean for seaside!

Great place Jason was really attentive, would recommend getting a new bed it was a bit old and hard as a rock lol. Otherwise great place and location!

The tables in the picture were not the tables in the rental. Both Living room and Kitchen tables had rings that were not cleanable. The bathroom grout was chipped and dirty. Both bedrooms were presentable.

Summer Breeze

Location is fantastic. Communication with host was great. 3 issues;- 1) internet and tv worked less than half the time: 2) the outside lights were VERY bright and the blinds just didn’t block out the light well; 3) we could hear every step the upstairs neighbors took

Mattresses are different for everyone so we keep several different brands in our warehouse . Had you informed us , we could have changed it . As you are aware the Internet streaming was due to difficulty with the Optimum transformer that took the Internet out for a full time . Our staff works very hard to maintain our Premier Host Status that has earned us an overall rating of 4.8 which is an honor to our previous guests

42 sherman summer breeze suite

I have a hard time walking because of some health issues I was told the condo was one step down it turned out it was four steps up which I was happy about because the Summer Breeze condo was beautiful and had a lot of lighting which I like from outside. The temperature in the condo was excellent the shower was excellent the bedding was very good. All in all we had a great time. The only other thing I was unhappy about was the walk to the beach it was a bit much for me. There is no entrance off of our street so it was a lot. Andrea at the office was wonderful very pleasant and helpful. The pools were very clean. Had it not been for my issue walking this would have been an outstanding place!
