2 Level Family Friendly HHI Oasis - 3 min to beach!
Our unique 2 level condo over the lagoon is perfect for families and can comfortably sleep 4 adults & multiple kids. Only a 3 minute drive or 10-15 minute walk to restaurants, shops, and Coligny Beach (or even less to other beaches). The property has 3 pools and 1 tennis court. Our private getaway has everything you need to enjoy the pool or beach - towels, chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. Our condo is kid friendly & includes a stroller, pack-n-play, high chair, changing pad, and diaper pail.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
1) Put used bath towels & bed sheets in a pile on the floor.
2) Leave both parking passes on the kitchen table. Not returning the parking passes will result in a fee of $25/pass from our HOA.
3) Please wash & dry the beach towels if they were used. Any uncleaned beach towels will result in a fee of $5/towel from our cleaning company.
4) Please lock the door and any open windows
5) Collect all trash from bathrooms & kitchen and place it in the outdoor dumpster in the parking lot before you leave
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
