It was a spacious home for our family to enjoy a long weekend in St. Augustine. Plenty of room in the kitchen, dining room and living room to watch tv and prepare meals too.

The best house I’ve stayed at yet (being using Vrbo about 2 years now for my vacations). The house was beautiful and the host was so friendly, helpful, and professional!

We enjoyed our stay and the location was excellent. The Fountain of Youth is literally right around the corner, and you can be at the Fort or Old City Gates in roughly 5-minutes (driving). Our only issues was the pool was not usable for the first four days as it was dirty. Also, there were no dressers for our clothes. The home is on a very busy street so not sure it is ideal for families with small children, but that was not an issue for us. The kitchen had more than enough plates, glasses, etc., but bring a muffin pan if you plan to make muffins for breakfast. If you want to be close to historic St. Augustine, but not actually stay there, this location is perfect.

The house was beautifully decorated! It was beachy, comfy, and full of light which I love. The main level is very spacious with the kitchen, living room, and dining area all open into one big space. It was perfect for 7 of us on our girls trip. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, pans, everything you need for cooking. All of the appliances in the kitchen were very nice. There is a Keurig and regular coffee pot all in one which was very nice. There were plenty of beach chairs in the garage as well as a big cooler. There were beach towels available too. The bedrooms upstairs were beautiful and the beds were very comfortable with tempurpedic mattresses. The master bath had a huge double walk-in shower. It also had a nice tub which we did not use. The pool outside the back sliding doors was small but it was perfect for us. I loved it! There was plenty of seating for all us -- 2 big picnic tables as well as 8 lounge chairs. The owner responded quickly to every question I had. The place had everything we needed or wanted . Publix was a 5 minute drive away. It's right next to Vilano Beach which is beautiful. Magnolia Street is right around the corner which had a peacock wandering around. We walked to the Fountain of Youth. We enjoyed our stay so much! We had a wonderful time!!

We had a wonderful holiday stay at this property and truly couldn’t have asked for more. The home was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with all the kitchen supplies and utensils needed, which made cooking and hosting family meals easy and comfortable. The house was very spacious and accommodated our group of eight without ever feeling crowded.We especially loved the porch and backyard patio with the pool — a perfect place to relax and unwind. The location is fantastic as well. Just around the corner is Magnolia Avenue, which is lined with beautiful oak trees, and only a short walk away you can visit the Fountain of Youth and grab an excellent Cuban coffee from a local café.One of our favorite parts was being able to walk everywhere. The home is about a 30-minute walk to the historic district, and we walked to the Lightner Museum while easily avoiding holiday traffic and parking hassles. The area is so pleasant that we honestly didn’t want to leave.All in all, this is a lovely home in a great location, and we would absolutely recommend it for a family getaway. We would happily stay here again.
