This newly re-done large 7 bedroom / 5 bath luxury home is only located a few mins from the beach and walking distance to downtown hollywood .
Careful designer decorated and covering everything you can possibly need for your get away or vacation. This home easily sleeps 20+ guests .
This home , unlike many other vacation homes, this one has 2 master bedrooms with bathrooms. A third master could also be considered , since there is a king bed and a bathroom right outside this room for this room.
We are located only 8-10 mins from FLL airport, 20-30 mins from MIA airport or South-beach, walk to many restaurants, Starbucks, publix mega grocery store , newly built 2018, and much more!
Don't wish to walk to the beach, no problem , in front of the house , take the hollywood trolley for $1, that commutes every hour to the beach and other places of interest. House has a separated in-law quarters that shown with the main house pictures , so basically a bonus area with 3 beds + 1 bathroom .

Great beautiful home

Loved this home. Very spacious and had all the amenities and supplies we needed. Comfortable sleeping room for all 14. We had our Best Thanksgiving celebration ever. Inside had plenty room for cooking, dining and just hanging out plus outside pool area was a favorite for the kids. The host thought of everything and provided beach towels and totes which was very thoughtful and appreciated! The neighborhood was safe for walks and jogging. It’s also not too far from the beach, less than 5min drive. The boardwalk and beach were icing on the cake! We loved this home and can’t wait to stay again.

Great place for large group

We stayed here with 17 people and it was a phenomenal place. Everything was clean, kitchen has a good layout for feeding everyone. For us, one of the biggest perks was that the beds were so comfortable. Would definitely come again!

We had a blast!

14 of us came in for the Super Bowl and the house was perfect. Plenty of room, very clean, and great location. We had one small issue with the dishwasher, and Eli had someone there within an hour and fixed it. Loved being right in-between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale. Close enough for a nice walk to the beach as well!

Great Stay!!

It was a nice and clean home. The only thing that it needed was more TV's. Only 1 TV in the whole house but overall we would definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in the area.

AMAZING

Honestly, I am not sure that the description of this house does it justice. We came here for a girls weekend and we all travel a lot. This house is unbelievable. It is gorgeous, state of the art, spacious, decorated perfectly and has everything you need and sooooo clean. There is tons of room for large groups to spread out and have space. We used the pool area each day and night and also hosted a clam bake here. Bedrooms and bathrooms are amazing. We walked to the beach each day for a good walk and enjoyed the entire house. The set-up is awesome. Don't hesitate it is gorgeous!!!!!

Be prepared to lose your damage deposit!

The villa is very well decorated and maintained. We could have had a fantastic stay there, but I'd warn against renting if you would be upset about losing the huge damage deposit through no fault of your own. Eli, the property manager claimed we had damaged the property and took our entire damage deposit. I was only able to get it back 4 months later after *many* hours on the phone with the property manager, HomeAway and CSA (the renter's insurance company). First, I don't think we were responsible for the damage. Second, the property manager was unscrupulous: HomeAway even had to delist the property for a while to force the property manager to properly file the insurance claim. Also, a heads-up: This is NOT A STANDALONE VILLA: our daughters were in the backyard pool and completely surprised when a man walked right by the pool to enter a second unit in the back part of the building that was not mentioned in the listing.

Great House

House was beautiful & perfect for our group. Had plenty of space and bedrooms for everyone. We really enjoyed the house and all the amenities. It was centrally located for all the plans we had...beach, Hardrock Casino, Hardrock Stadium. Eli was easy to reach and accommodating with the check-in/out process and questions. We did not have any issues with the house. It was just as advertised and better. Thanks!

Beautiful Hollywood Home for Girl's Weekend

This home is beautiful and very spacious! More than enough room for a large group. The kitchen is very spacious if your group is wanting to stay in and cook a meal one night. The backyard pool area is great too! This house was perfect for our girl's weekend. Would highly recommend!

Eli was a helpful host and very communicative before, during and after our stay. The house very clean and spacious for our large crew and had multiple places to hang out, we loved the pool/backyard! The kitchen was fully functional with plates/glasses etc and we did a lot of meal prepping. It was easy to navigate - I wish we were closer to the beach, took 20 minutes to walk and Or 3-5 Uber ride! Uber rides to Las Olas took 20-25 minutes and the airport is only 10-15 minutes away!

We have been renting in Hollywood near the beach for the last 5 years. Never before have we stayed at a house like this. It is beautiful, big, and convenient to everything. We have a large family and were able to accommodate everyone very comfortably. So close to the beach, stores and restaurants with a great pool in the back. Most days there was no reason to go anywhere else. This is a find and I would highly recommend this vacation property to anyone who wants to have the perfect family vacation spot. Christina Sheran

Beautiful property. Unfortunately no extra towels, blankets, wifi was too slow. Only one tv, which adults didn't mind. Otherwise the kitchen was well equipped with a nice backyard. Very convenient location.
