The highlight of Island Escape is the fantastic private, heated indoor 12-meter swimming pool. It’s kept at a steady 30-32 degrees Celsius, perfect for everyone in your group to enjoy year-round (see photos). A luxurious 6-seater spa sits outdoors under the veranda, where guests can relax while overlooking the dunes and coastline. After a day discovering all the island has to offer, let your cares melt away in your own secluded oasis.

There is plenty of room for the entire family to unwind: 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, Home Theatre Room a fully-equipped kitchen, and an expansive outdoor fenced yard. Ideal location across from the sand dunes with the island’s best beaches located just across the street. If you enjoy surfing or fishing then look no further. Endless options for entertainment within 10km of the property.

Let the kids play on their own private playground or run free in the fenced yard. This ideal location on a double block means children have room to play safely and adults have room to park automobiles, boats, or jet skis.

Another huge hit, not only for the kids but adults as well is the newly set up Home Theatre Room. Stream all of your favourite content, whether it be live action sport or your favourite movies on the state of the art sound system with projector.

Enjoy Phillip Island wildlife viewing from your holiday home: Wallabies roam the sand dunes just across the street, and shearwater birds soar through the sky from September through March. A nature reserve lines the property on one side. The Penguin Parade, one of the island’s main attractions, is just a short drive away.

LINEN:
A booking at this home does not include top & bottom sheets. What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillow's with covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. Therefore you will need to bring your own towels for house and beach/pool. We can supply towels for the house (not pool) on request, at an additional cost of $15 each - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

WOOD:
We do have a wood fire heater but if you wish to use this we only supply wood at an additional cost, this isn't included in the cost of the reservation. A 1100x500mm wood box full of wood is $100. This also needs to be arranged prior to your stay.
