2 bedroom beach condo in New Smyrna Beach
Welcome to my beach condo just a block from the beach! My peaceful condo is on the ground floor, steps from the heated pool. Enjoy 3 community pools, 2 clubhouses, a fitness center, shuffleboard, pickleball & tennis courts, a sauna, beach gear, and 2 bikes. The beach is in a “no drive” zone. The lovely Sea Woods community spans 50+ acres of oak trees, dunes, and scenic trails. I rarely rent this condo—it’s our well cared for family’s beach home, not a typical beach rental.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please clean all dirty dishes, pans and utensils prior to leaving. Leave all furniture in their original place . Please leave the 4 community wristbands on the kitchen counter.
Please take out the trash and recycling to the dumpsters. Report any issues back to me.
