From the moment you walk in, the first floor greets you with a bright, open-concept living room filled with natural light and soaring 10' ceilings. The spacious open-concept floor plan flows seamlessly into the dining room with a gorgeous wooden table for 8. Just beyond, the gourmet chef's kitchen features quartz countertops, high-end appliances, ample cabinet space, and seating at the breakfast bar for 3. Also on the first floor is a convenient half bathroom and the luxurious master bedroom, complete with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass walk-in shower.

Stepping into the backyard into your own private oasis, you can enjoy a private pool with a sun shelf, a sitting spa, an outdoor shower, and plenty of space to relax after a fun day at the beach!

Moving upstairs to the second floor, you'll find a cozy sitting area at the landing, along with 3 designer bedrooms. Each of these 3 bedrooms has a King bed and an en-suite bathroom, two bathrooms with sleek glass showers, and the third with a shower/tub combination.

The third floor offers even more space to relax and entertain, featuring a stylish game room complete with a foosball table, built-in wet bar, and an additional half bathroom. This floor also includes a bunk room with two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunks, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. The final bedroom is currently set up as an office, with an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower as well.

Guest access

Located in such a great area of Blue Mountain Beach! One of the most coveted beach access points with restrooms + lifeguards in season from 10 am - 6 pm is just a couple blocks down the street! It is known for its pristine white sand beach and quiet feel. Enjoy convenient access to Gulf Place Beach (and the fun shopping area there), and another convenient public beach access by Goatfeathers on 30A.

WALKING distance to the beach, Local Catch, Goatfeathers Seafood & Market, and more!

Scenic Highway 30A's best restaurants nearby include Blue Mabel (walking distance), Shunk Gulley's Oyster Bar, Goatfeathers, Perfect Pig, Stinky's, Local Catch, Pizza by the Sea, The Vue 30A, Red Bar, Blue Mountain Creamery + Charlie's Donuts, Redfish Village (a great taco joint), and the new Mimmo's 30A!

Also less than a half mile to Point Washington State Forest with trails galore! Great biking all around.

Other things to note
-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSVs/golf carts are not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or past Stinky's restaurant to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart's battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
​​-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
-We provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. Guests will be held liable for any damages to the LSVs/golf carts.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, hot tub, fire pit, LSVs/golf carts, or other amenities provided to guests.
