o Proximity to 5 Ski Resorts, a little further to Beaver Creek, Loveland, Winter Park and Mary Jane
o Summit County Free Bus to all Summit County ski areas (and local shopping)
o Local pubs and restaurants you can walk to after skiing/boarding all day
