The Frisco Trading Co is located literally in the heart of Frisco on the corner of 4th and Main St. Enjoy all Frisco has to offer right out your front door. With fine restaurants, cafes, shopping and ski shuttles all steps away, your only decision is which way to turn. This quiet, southern facing 1,500 sq ft second floor condo, has a spacious kitchen begging to entertain, gigantic master bath, 2 decks and a single car garage. We ve made many memories here; I m sure you will too.

With many new amenities including keyless entry for self check-in, this condo has an open floor plan and can accommodate up to 8 guests with a king bed in the master, a queen over queen bunk with a trundle in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa you actually look forward to sleeping on.

The masters extremely comfortable king bed is only out done by the enormous master bath. With a jacuzzi tub, large walk in shower, double sinks and a separated toilet for privacy there will be no complaints about space. In addition, the master offers a walk in closet, 40" flat screen TV, plenty of space for clothing and a deck overlooking the intersection of 4th and Main.

The second bedroom has a custom made queen over queen bunk, twin trundle, large closet and matching dresser.

The mountain modern feel to main living area is both unique and comfortable. Relax in front of the gas fireplace while watching the 42" flat screen; or gaze out any of the many windows for views of Mount Royal and Ten Mile Range.

Hosting and gatherings begin in the Kitchen, which will not disappoint. Ample counter space, stainless steel appliances including diswasher, and the 3 seat bar makes this social center of any home inviting. Stocked with all the necessities of home including a Keurig coffee maker, mornings on the back deck or dinners with friends and family become a memory in them selves.

Guest access

In addition to renting an amazing space, you will have access to the single car garage, 2 tandem and 2 single kayaks, paddles and life vest. Utilize dollies provided to walk them 4 blocks to Lake Dillion; a true treat in the summer. In winter, we provide a set of snow shoes for use. Try utilizing them for a snowy hike to the top of Mt Royal if you dare. All items are at your disposal and included when you visit.

Other things to note

We do allow dogs specifically. I once had a request to bring a pet monkey; hence the clarification. 2 medium sized, well behaved dogs only please. An additional $50 cleaning fee maybe required at time of reservation for longer stays.

Perfect Frisco Getaway!

The condo was incredible - well kept, clean, and had absolutely anything you could ever need on a Colorado vacation. The location couldn't be better - right in the middle of main street with easy walking access to all of the best parts of Frisco. Fantastic views from the patio for your morning coffee or evening beer!! Wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Incredible access to everything

Simple check in and detail to find the unit. Close to hiking, biking, and winter activities too. Outdoor patio is an amazing feature.

This property matches the description and raving reviews. My family had a wonderful time at the Frisco Trading Company. The condo is extremely spacious, and in an amazing location in close proximity to shopping and wonderful eateries (Butterhorn Bakery for breakfast next door was our favorite). We especially enjoyed being able to rent bikes (a block away), store them in the garage and ride all around town during our stay. Wonderful!! Thanks Terry!

Fantastic stay in the heart of Frisco

This condo was perfect for our family! Close to shops, restaurants, hiking, biking, the marina and easy access to get to Breckenridge, Vail, Keystone, etc. The listing was 100% accurate and we were super comfortable. The back deck is a great spot to enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine to end your evening. Soft sheets, comfortable beds and everything you could need in the kitchen. Having access to the private garage was excellent as it allowed us to store our bikes without any worries at all. Terry was great with instructions and all communications. Would definitely stay here again!

In The Heart Of Everything!

Beautiful! More restaurants in walking distance than we could eat at in a week! You can leave the condo and go in any direction and connect to a trail! We walked over 30 miles in the five days we were there and hiked the Rainbow Lake, Miners Creek and Peaks Trail and we did 2 miles up and two miles back on North Ten Mile Trail. That was tough on us old folks (60) who aren’t use to hiking but what beautiful things we saw! The town of Frisco has over 12 miles of paved recpaths you can walk on and we did every day! We would rest after a hike, have lunch and head out to walk on the paths and then again after dinner. The TV set up is great! So many movies to choose from and we ended our night watching a good movie every night. Parking was not an issue at all for us. We did not park in the garage though. The outside parking spots are clearly marked and there was plenty of street parking. We will not hesitate to recommend this rental and will hopefully be back next summer!

The perfect stay!

After 30+ years of vacationing in Colorado, this tops our list as one of the nicest pet friendly places we’ve stayed. Terry was wonderful to work with. He provided us with great instructions before our arrival & additional information once we arrived on restaurants, snowshoe rental, activities etc. The condo is very clean & well appointed with comfortable beds, soft sheets & towels, nice furniture & everything you could possibly need in a kitchen. Would love to stay here again in the summer to enjoy the large deck with amazing views of the mountains! So glad we stayed here!

Better than advertised

This place is better than advertised. Place is immaculately maintained. Everything worked, there were no broken handles or bad light bulbs you often find in rentals and it was exceptionally clean. Its located just off of the Main Street of Frisco so all the great restaurants and bars are literally out the door. Despite its close proximity to all the great entertainment venues, it is still quiet as it does not directly face the Main Street. It had very good wifi, and the garage was a huge bonus on snowy nights. Washer/dryer in-unit was a nice bonus. Terry was great; we had to stay a few hours past our check out time in order to use the wifi for an important zoom meeting. Terry was understanding and worked with us to accommodate late check out. It really was one of the best VRBO places we have stayed in and we would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

Heart of Frisco

Large condo with comfy beds, really nice furniture and all of what you need in the kitchen. Had a great stay with family with plenty of space for everyone. The deck is quite large and has a nice couch to sit and read on and a table to eat dinner and even a 2 person high table for coffee in the morning. I would highly recommend this rental.

We had a wonderful experience with this rental and owners. Not only is the property in a perfect location in Frisco, but the views of the mountains from the expansive deck are unreal! The owners go over the top to make you feel at home here. From small touches like snacks and alcohol available to you to extra toiletries in the bathroom. This is definitely a rental we will be back to again!

This is an excellent, spacious condo located right on Main Street in Frisco. Would definitely recommend to anyone! You won’t be disappointed!
