Welcome to Harbor Haven, your one-stop shop for you and your family's vacation needs! This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom pool home is located in beautiful Indian Rocks Beach and is the perfect location for your beach vacation. With the beach only a 5-minute walk, nearby restaurants, and activities, there are plenty of adventures for the entire family! Want to relax and unwind? Take a load off in the heated pool and watch for playful dolphins in the intracoastal as the sun sets on the horizon. Looking for activities and adventure? Load up the family on the 6-seat golf cart and head straight for the sandy beaches, or stop by the newly constructed Brown Park around the corner, with tennis courts, a basketball court, and a jungle gym for the kids. Whatever your needs may be, Harbor Haven is here for you!

Kitchen: Double door refrigerator w/ freezer drawer, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, ninja pod adapter coffee maker & French press coffee pot, 4-slot toaster, blender, hand mixer, crockpot and breakfast bar w/ 4 bar stools. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Area: Beautiful wooden dining table with chairs for 4, and a bench that can sit 3 (total seating for 7).

Living Room: Comfortable leather L-couch next to sliding glass doors leading out to the pool, a TV, ceiling fan, sitting chairs, and coffee table.

Laundry Room: Full-size stacked washer and dryer, a sink, and a steam press.

Bedroom 1: King-size Beautyrest Hybrid Mattress, sliding doors leading out to the pool and lounge area, end tables with reading lamps, wall-mounted TV, dresser, full-length mirror, 2 closets, ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom 1 (En-suite): Double vanity sinks, hair dryer, toilet, and standing shower w/ detachable shower head. No tub.

Bedroom 2: King-size Beautyrest Hybrid Mattress, end tables with reading lamps, window with a view of the intracoastal, and ceiling fan. No TV.

Bathroom 2: Single vanity sink, hair dryer, toilet, and standing shower w/ detachable shower head. No tub.

Bedroom 3: (2) Full-over-Full bunk beds, wall-mounted TV, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom 3 (En-suite): Single vanity sink, hair dryer, toilet, and standing shower w/ detachable shower head. No tub.

Outdoors: Heated pool, spa, lounge area, surfboard dining table w/ seating for 4, outdoor solo stove firepit, and dock w/ fish cleaning station.

Garage: 6-seat golf cart (waiver required before use), (1) double-seat kayak, (4) stand-up paddleboards, beach chairs, a sunshade umbrella, coolers, life vests, a fishing pole, and 3 bikes w/ bike locks.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
6. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Pool & Spa Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing description. Please note that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower, a pool heater cannot always heat the pool & spa completely to temperature. By booking this property, you understand that the pool & spa temperatures cannot be guaranteed when outside temperatures are too cold. Spas/hot tubs do not heat continuously. They need to be turned on manually and run on a timer. The spa/hot tub will not be turned on before check-in.

Golf Cart Policy: Guests must sign a safety and liability waiver before driving the golf cart. If a waiver is not completed, access instructions cannot be provided.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: This property allows for 4-5 vehicles to park in the driveway depending on the size of the vehicles. Street parking is not permitted. Garage is used to park the golf cart.
