Your 1,236 square-foot, two bedroom, two bathroom townhome is beautifully renovated
and has a large living room, a dining area and two outdoor lanais with golf course views. The
beautiful kitchen has abundant counter and cabinet space and everything you need to prepare
an amazing meal for a night in with your ohana.
The luxurious primary bedroom includes a king size bed, a walk-in closet and a private
lanai where you can welcome in a quiet day with hot Kona coffee.
The adjoining bathroom is beautifully appointed with a walk-in shower and a large tub for
a soothing soak after a full day on the golf course.
The second bedroom feels very cheerful and tropical. It also includes a king size bed. A
guest bathroom has a bathtub with shower fixtures. Full size laundry machines are conveniently
placed.
The townhome includes a deeded parking space and a one-car garage.
Waikoloa Colony Villas is a quiet, gated community with two exquisite pools; one even

Perfect location

Was the perfect location to stay on the island; close to many beaches and easy navigation to the Waipio valley in the north, forays to the bakery in Waimea, drive to Mt Mauna Kea and visiting Kona as well as the south beaches. The pool did seem smaller than it appeared on the listing though

Great Experience

Very nice unit, well kept, clean, area is beautiful and well maintained and this area has great weather when compare to Kona that can sometimes get cloudy. There are tons of beaches nearby and activities to do. Would highly recommend this unit.

Family holidays

We had a wonderful stay and greatly appreciated the thoughtful amenities such as beach towels, coolers and beach chairs. A few minor issues: the patio furniture is a bit worn and I needed to use a towel to sit comfortably in those chairs, and the patio door downstairs is very hard to pull open and does not appear to be sealing properly at top which can let bugs in.

great area

The colony at Waikoloa is a great area with access to the Hilton. This property was ok, but the garage was full of stuff and had no parking. We have stayed at other properties at the Colony that included passes to the Hilton and were a little cleaner. Still, ok for a family with children.

Big Island reunion

We thought the property could have been better stocked with essentials such as coffee filters. Also we couldn’t find the key to the pool and as we were there over a weekend we could reach the property manager for assistance. The sheets and towels could have been newer,fresher. Overall it was OK but not as nice as others we have stayed in.

It’s a nice place. I give it a 4 out of 5. It’s a little rundown and could use a little TLC. Just our group’s opinion….. - Hot Tub could have much bigger jets, could not tell they were even on. - Place said they had snorkel gear, they did not. I contacted management for the place, and they never responded. ( Not OK ). Couple of other minor annoyances, but all in all a good place. I would stay here again.

Waikoloa Condo

Very comfortable condo for the family. We had an issue the first night with something in the attic space above the master bed. The property manager arranged for pest control to come out and it turned out to be a bird! Property manager was very helpful in taking care of this situation and we didn't have to do anything other than the initial email message and a follow up call. Spent the day at the beach and the bird never came back! Nice big lawn space out the back door and close to one of the pools. This is a great unit for a family vacation and we will be back again!

Wonderful experience

This condo was well equipped in a great location. We will be back but won’t likely stay in this exact unit. Upon arrival the pull out bed was full of dirt and scattered mouse poop. Sent a picture that night to Love Rentals and it took two days to have a local person respond asking if we needed anything or had found more sheets. We only ever found a bottom mattress cover so my daughter slept with just a blanket all week. It was fine but just expected more for the price we paid. Otherwise plenty of DW soap, laundry tabs, etc and added bonus of boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach umbrellas, coolers, etc. Not having to buy/rent those items on vacation is such an added bonus. Also note this unit is very close to the main pool with a hot tub.
