House Rules
We want you to have an amazing stay! To keep things smooth and stress-free, please follow these house rules. 🚪💙 ⏳ Quiet Hours 🔕 10 PM – 7 AM – Please be mindful of noise levels. A $100 fee applies if we receive noise complaints from neighbors. Early check (2 hours) in and/or late check out (2 hours) is available when scheduling permits at an extra cost of $50 per instance. Please inquire in advance. 🚭 No Smoking Indoors ❌ No smoking or vaping inside the home. ✅ Feel free to enjoy legal smoking products outside—just dispose of materials properly. 💰 $500 fee for any evidence of smoking indoors. 🎈 No Parties or Unapproved Guests 🙅‍♀️ No parties allowed. A minimum $250 fee will apply if: Extra guests exceed the reservation count (without prior approval). There’s excessive trash, dirty dishes, or furniture moved. Loud music/noise disturbs neighbors. ⏰ Unapproved Late Checkouts ⏳ $50 per 30 minutes past checkout time. 🔧 Damages Any damage will be assessed, with a minimum $100 fee depending on the cost of repair. 🐶 Pet-Friendly Stays Pet Fee: $100 Max pets allowed: 2 🦴 Please clean up after your pet (inside & out). 🏠 No unattended anxious pets—if your pet might bark excessively or have accidents, please don’t leave them alone. 🛋️ Keep pets off furniture to avoid damage. 🚿 Excessive cleanup fees may apply for damage, excessive fur, or accidents, based on the cleaning team’s report. 💙 We LOVE hosting responsible pet owners and their furry friends!
