About this property
Romantic Nature Escape: Beautiful Log Cabin with Amazing Views and Hiking Trails Nearby in the White Mountains, New Hampshire
Come celebrate winter and the holidays in the cozy log cabin with a real balsam fir Christmas tree. Watch the snow fall while the crackling fire burns in the wood-burning stone fireplace. Gaze out the slider and watch the sunset on the covered front porch. Enjoy meals out at the bistro table or relax in the Adirondack chairs. And when your eyes grow tired a king-size bed in the master bedroom will welcome you. The second bedroom has a queen bed.
This log cabin is situated on a 3-acre property on a quiet country road. The living room has a wood-burning fieldstone fireplace, a comfy couch and chair, and is connected with the kitchen. It also has an antique rocker. As you walk down the hall the master bedroom is to your right. The decor and king-sized bed welcome you. The master bath is complete with a corner-style shower. The second bedroom to your left has an authentic queen-sized log bed and bear decor. Just outside there is a half bathroom with a washer and dryer.
Guests will have access to most of the space. The master bedroom closet, basement, and a few cabinets will be inaccessible. Firewood is available for purchase and is $10 per bag. If you are burning wood in the inside fireplace, wood is required to be purchased from us. The outside fire pit is available for your use.
Please note: this log cabin has two cats that travel with the owner and occupy the space when it’s not rented to guests. For those that may be allergic to cats, we use separate sets of sheets, pillows, blankets, and a quilt for the guest beds and do thorough vacuuming and hair removal from furniture, rugs, floors, and other surfaces. Though we do our best to remove any presence of the cats, we cannot guarantee that this will not cause a reaction for those sensitive to cats.
This log cabin has a strict no pet policy. This includes service animals and emotional support animals. Due to the sensitivity of the owners ragdoll cats, one of which ended up in ICU for several days and they almost lost him, no other animals can be allowed in their home.
Smoking is allowed outside only. Please dispose of butts appropriately.
