This funky, colorful and retro home is a shot-gun style home near Downtown Louisville, KY. Off popular Bardstown rd and Baxter Ave - you can jump into the lively nightlife or relax in the quiet of this spacious home.
The living room with the tall ceilings wraps around to the dining area.
The 2 main bedrooms are on the 2nd level.
The 3rd bedroom is an open studio type of space with a full bath en suite. This room is off of the kitchen near the back of the house.
The 2nd full bathroom is near the office area, near the kitchen at the bottom of the stairs that lead to the upstairs bedrooms.
There is a fully fenced backyard- pets are welcome (with a paid pet fee - max of 2 pets).
Plenty of free street parking is available in front of this home.
