**Age Requirement Policy & Important resort updates: Please read before booking!**

To reserve this property, the primary guest must be 25 years of age or older. If the reservation is made by someone under 25, a valid driver's license of an adult 25 or older must be presented in person at check-in, and that adult must be present for the duration of the stay.

If the accompanied adult over the age of 25 is not staying in the home, you will be subject to immediate eviction by police with no refund.

No Pets are allowed, if pet findings are found you will be evicted immediately without a refund and charged an extra pet cleaning of $500.

Pool Closure
NOTICE - Please be advised that the pool is scheduled to be drained from November 3 through February 15, 2026 hot tubs will not be effected, for renovation of the pool supporting structure. Balcony repairs may impact this property, with an estimated completion date of April 2026. Discounted rates are available upon inquiry due to balcony closures.
