The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn AC to 73 degrees
Throw out trash in outdoor bins and if your stay is beyond Tuesday, please roll trash/recycle to the street on Monday night. The trash pick up is early morning on Tuesday.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest is required to sign a full property agreement and $500 refundable security deposit bookers driver license required. Booker must be 24 or older.
No parties, smoking, or unregistered guests allowed. No cats, Maximum of two dogs per stay for a pet fee of $75 each. Cameras are on outside of
property overlooking side yard, pool equipment, garage, doorbell, any tampering with is a violation and immediate cancellation of booking no refunds.

Great host, house was in great shape. Very nice place, great location. We had a great time while we were there. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to the cape coral or fort meyers area.

What makes this property unique

There is a nice tranquil vibe in our backyard under the patio overhang in the living space as well as under the gazebo on the dock. Enjoy the night vibe by the pool with out mood lighting. Get lucky and catch a fish right from our dock. You will not be disappointed.
