This is a LARGE independent 1bd/1bth unit located in the upscale Smyrna/Vinnings area. Newly updated, fully furnished, bright, clean unit in great family friendly neighborhood. The subdivision has its own pool and tennis court, which you will have access to. Please note that the pool is open only during the summer months. Walking distance to the famous Silver Comet Trail. Close to two interstates - I-285 and I-75. Minutes from downtown, midtown, Marietta and Sandy Springs. Close to Publix, Sprouts, restaurants and other shopping area.
The apartment is on the lower floor of a three level single family house, but completely separate from the rest of the house. The entire floor (~1100 sqft) is available for your use. You will have your own independent entrance, independent kitchen, bath, living area and your own AC controls and washer/dryer in the unit. Everything you see in the pics is for your use and your use only. The only shared space is the drive way. Although it is on the lower floor, multiple windows and door in the unit makes it bright with sunlight coming right into the living room in the morning. The upstairs unit is occupied by a single working professional. So very little noise and disturbance. No more dealing with multiple neighbors in a condo or townhouse. Similar accommodation in this area will cost at least $200 - $250 per night for half the space.
The apartment has an open floor plan kitchen/living/dinning area, very spacious bedrooms and a large bathroom. The bedroom is large enough to easily hold two queen beds, a work table, dresser, night stand and still have plenty of room to walk around!!!! So if you are a party of 4, then I will provide a queen airbed, in addition to the queen bed you see in the pics. So if you are more than 2 people, please do let me know ahead of time. If the booking is for only two people, the additional bed will not be provided. So please be honest in your initial communication.
The house is fully furnished and comes with a 43" 4k Roku television with broadcast and Sling TV included. Sling TV includes the additional news, kids and entertainment package. Use your existing Netflix, Amazon and/or Hulu accounts to further expand your entertainment options. The kitchen has a microwave, gas stove, dishwasher and is stocked with pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and everything you will need for a comfortable stay.
The bathroom is LARGE with a double door linen closet, washer/dryer, double vanity, a tub/shower combo and separate/closed-off toilet. Towels and sheets are also provided. All you need are your clothes and personal items. The exterior door opens to a large yard.
