This is a 1bd home with a queen bed as well as a queen pull out couch (very nice & comfortable).

Guests have access to the entire 1,000 sqft carriage house above the garage. Guests will receive a unique access code for entry.

PARKING - DO NOT PARK IN DRIVEWAY OR GRAVEL LOT DIRECTLY BEHIND CARRIAGE HOUSE!!! Guests have available parking in the paved lot to the side.

The carriage house is in the Short North neighborhood—in the heart of all the action while having the feel of a quiet residential area. Great nightlife, restaurants, and shops are a quarter mile away on High Street.

Guests can easily travel via Uber and Lyft or may choose to walk one block to High Street to catch the local bus routes.

The home is accessed via stairs. There are no other stairs within the home.

**DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF GARAGE - There is free parking in the paved lot to the north of garage.

All guests must be accounted for in the booking. Any extra guests must be approved by the host prior to check-in.

No parties or loud/obnoxious behavior.

If rules are broken, guests will be forced to leave with no refund.
No Smoking or Vaping
For everyone’s comfort, please refrain from smoking or vaping inside the suite. A $500 deep cleaning fee will apply if this rule is violated.

Guests & Occupancy
Please do not exceed the number of guests listed on your reservation.

Pets
We love being able to host your pets! Please help us maintain cleanliness during and after your stay — if additional cleaning is required, an extra cleaning fee may apply.

Cleaning
If extra cleaning is needed beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee of $100 per hour may apply.

Weather & Power Outages
We’re unable to provide refunds for weather events or power outages. Travel insurance is recommended to help protect your plans.

Weapons
For the safety and comfort of all guests, weapons or firearms are not permitted on the property. Anyone found carrying weapons will be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund.

No Parties or Events
Please, no parties or large gatherings. A $2,500 fine may apply if this rule is broken.
