Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please dishes, dry them and put back in cabinet before check out
Please return the keys to the lockbox using the same code as pickup. Failure to return the keys will result in a $150 fee.
Guests may not remove any property items. Inventory is checked after checkout, and removal of any items will result in a $300 fee, regardless of the item.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking inside the home- A violation will result in a $1000.00 fee charged to the guest.
No parties or events are allowed, or a fine of $2000.00

The property was listed as two beds. There is one bed that is more like a full size cot; not really appropriate for two adults. The other bed that is listed is an air mattress that is offered by request. I don’t consider that a real bed when renting a rather expensive place to stay. Other things to note is you have to pick up the key to the place in a lock box that is nearly two miles away, which isn’t convenient - particularly on busy weekends. Also, there was quite a bit street noise from the surrounding areas and the place overall was very dated.

For clarity to future guests, the property is accurately listed as a studio, which is reflected throughout the description and photos. The sleeping arrangements are clearly outlined in advance, including a primary bed and an additional air mattress to accommodate extra guests. The key pick-up process is also communicated prior to arrival, including a message sent the day before with clear directions. The location is nearby and positioned along the route to the property. Regarding noise, the home is located in a vibrant downtown university area. Increased activity during major events such as graduation weekend is expected and outside of the host’s control. We host a wide range of guests—including visiting professionals, academics, and travelers from around the world—and have consistently provided a positive experience, as reflected in prior stays. We remain committed to transparency and ensuring guests have all the information needed to make the best booking decision.
