The heart of the villa is the open kitchen, fully equipped with premium appliances including a 5-burner induction cooktop, oven, microwave, wine cooler, refrigerator, and dishwasher. An additional pantry by the pool level offers a refrigerator and essentials for light meals or drinks by the water.

Outside, the infinity pool overlooks both the ocean and the inland lagoon, creating a breathtaking visual blend of blue horizons. Cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. Upon arrival, the accommodation is fully cleaned, the beds are made, and towels and beach towels are provided. During your stay, the accommodation is cleaned every 3–4 days, the beds are changed, and you will receive fresh towels and beach towels.

Smoking is only allowed outdoors, pets are not permitted, and we ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. To keep the serene atmosphere, parties and events aren’t allowed. A refundable deposit is required at check-in (cash or credit card). Water and electricity are included, with normal air conditioning use of about 8-12 hours a day.
