We had a great stay at your property! Everything is so close by and just a short walk to restaurants, shopping, beach, grocery store. We have stayed many places on the island and this is one of our top locations. The pool was great and we met so many friendly folks that were staying there. This one bedroom is perfect for a couple. We loved the 7 min walk to amazing siesta key beach and 5 min walk to siesta key restaurants. We had a problem with a leaky bedroom AC but the management was very quick to respond. We also liked that the place provided a wagon, good beach umbrella and beach chairs, along with beach towels.

The property was found very clean and kitchen well equipped for cooking. Grills by pool were clean and in excellent condition. The property is one block from restaurants and shops. Short walk to beach and beach chairs available at property. The property is well appointed and beach decorated. Excellent AC and fans. One suggestion would be to use a name instead of management company in correspondence for a more personal feeling. Would absolutely stay here again.

In the sweet spot of Siesta Villahe

We loved the location in the 'sweet spot' of Siesta Village. Since we did not rent a car, we loved the ability to walk everywhere, especially the beach and Morton's grocery store. The one bedroom upstairs unit itself was perfect for my husband, myself, and our 8 year-old grandson. He loved the backyard pool and it was the perfect size. The host supplied everything except clothes and toothbrushes! Well equipped and totally adorable!
